脱蛋白工艺对苦丁茶冬青叶多糖提取率的影响

摘    要:采用乙醇对苦丁茶冬青叶进行脱脂,水提醇沉方法得到苦丁茶冬青叶粗多糖。采用Sevag法去除多糖中的蛋白质,研究了除蛋白次数对多糖及蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,苦丁茶冬青叶多糖采用Sevag法脱蛋白3次以后再继续脱蛋白意义不大。

Abstract:The leaves of Ilex kudincha C.J.Tseng were defatted with 95% EtOH,extracted with water and a crude polysaccharide was obtained.The crude polysaccharide was deproteined with Sevag method and the effects of deprotein times on the content of polysaccharide and protein in the crude polysaccharide was studied.The results showed that the correct deprotein time from the polysaccharide of the leaf of Ilex kudincha C.J.Tseng was three times.
