YFM复方麻醉剂对野猪血流动力学及内皮源性血管活性因子的影响

摘    要:以0.1mL/kg.b.w.YFM复方麻醉剂对野猪进行颈部肌肉注射,观察麻醉效果,并利用PHILIPS MP30监护仪和DATEX循环监护仪动态监测麻醉前后血流动力学变化,同步采取血样,应用放免法和比色法测定同时相血液相关细胞因子、神经递质的变化。结果显示,野猪麻醉期间血浆ET水平下降,6-keto-PGF1α水平升高,血浆ET、6-keto-PGF1α的变化与血流动力学各项指标的变化呈现出显著或极显著相关性;血清NO和血浆TXB2水平基本无变化。结果表明,ET、PGI2两大内皮源性血管活性因子参与了野猪YFM合剂麻醉所致的血流动力学变化的调节。

Abstract:To observe the effects of YFM anesthetic preparation on the hemodynamics and endothelium-derived factor of wild boar.YFM preparation was administered intramuscularly in wild boars at the dose of 0.1 mL/kg body weight.The hemodynamic changes of wild boars were monitored by using Datex monitor and PHILIPS MP30 monitor during anesthesia,and blood cytokine,neuropeptides,neurotransmitters were measured in phase by radioimmunoassay and colorimetry methods.The results showed that with the decrease of hemodynamic parameters,the concentrations of plasma endothelin(ET) decreased,while the concentrations of plasma 6-keto-prostacyclin F1α(6-keto-PGF1α) increased simultaneously.The changes of hemodynamic parameters correlated with that of ET,6-keto-PGF1α.While the serum nitrogen monoxide(NO) and plasma thromboxane B2(TXB2) were not changed.The results indicates that plasma ET,PGI2 concentrations modulate hemodynamic changes of wild boar induced by YFM preparation anesthesia.
