不同产地花生黄曲霉菌致病力研究

摘    要:从福建省十个花生产区收集花生荚果样品,分离花生黄曲霉菌,对其产毒力、感染率和感染指数进行分析。结果表明,不同产地的黄曲霉菌不仅形态、生长速度有差异,而且产毒力、侵染力、感染指数之间有显著差异。

Abstract:Samples of peanut pods from 10 peanut production areas in Fujian were collected to isolate Aspergillus flavus strains.Their virulence,infection rate and infection index were analyzed.The results indicated that not only their morphology and growing speed were different,but also their pathogenecity,infection rate and infection index were remarkably different.
