SPME-GC/MS分析商品藤茶中环烃类化合物

摘    要:通过SPME–GC/MS分析了藤茶的香气成分,共检测出100个色谱峰,经过Nist2005和Wiley275标准质谱图核对,分析出其中79种物质,检测出环烯类化合物13种。其中β-环柠檬醛,2,6,6-三甲基环己酮等,可能是生产过程中β胡萝卜素的降解产物。

Abstract:The flavor components of vine tea were analyzed by SPME - GC/MS, and 100 peaks were detected. 79 peaks of them were recognized by Nist 2005 and Wiley 275 mass spectral library, then 13 kinds of cyclic hydrocarbons were elucidated. β- cyclocitral and 2,6,6-trimethyl cyclohexanone might be associated with the degradation of β-carotene in production process.
