摘    要:采用固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱法,对三穗鸭胸肉、腿肉、心脏、鸭胗和鸭肠等不同组织中氟喹诺酮含量进行检测。结果表明:各组织中环丙沙星与恩诺杀星含量均在国家标准限度内,沙拉沙星未检出。在不同组织中环丙沙星与沙拉沙星的残留规律类似。胸肉和腿肉中环丙沙星、恩诺沙星的含量显著高于其他组织,作为主要代谢器官的鸭胗和鸭肠中含量最少。

Study on Residue Distribution of Three Kinds of Fluoroquinolones in Different Tissues of Sansui Duck

Abstract:The contents of fluoroquinolones existing in tissues of breast,leg,heart,duck gizzards and intestine were detected by SPE-RP-HPLC. Results showed that contents of ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin were within the national standard limit and sarafloxacin was not detected. The residual regulation of ciprofloxacin was similar to sarafloxacin. The contents of ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin in breast and thigh were significantly higher than in other tissues. Meanwhile,the contents in the major metabolic organs,such as duck gizzard and intestine were the lowest.
