摘    要:稻曲病是影响稻米产量和品质的重要病害。本文针对当前国内外在稻曲病菌作用机理和多样性、抗稻曲病资源的筛选以及遗传进行综述,并在抗稻曲病的研究存在的问题提出见解。首先是目前的研究侧重于稻曲病菌的生物学特性和多样性。二是在水稻抗稻曲病的生理机制研究较少,进展缓慢。三是抗稻曲病基因的遗传和定位进展缓慢,抗性基因的分子标记辅助选择和克隆还未开展。

Abstract:Rice false smut is one of the serious diseases affecting rice quality. In this paper we reviewed the pathogenic mechanism and diversity of Ustilaginoidea virens,as well as the selection of rice germplasm in resistance to Ustilaginoidea virens and resistance genetic. We proposed following opinions to the problems in this area. First,many researches were focused on the diversity and biological characteristics of Ustilaginoidea virens. Secondly,Research of physiological mechanism in the resistance to disease of rice was few. Last of all,the improvement in genetic study and locating of the disease resistance genes in rice were slow,and the marker-assisted selection and clone of the resistance genes had not been carried out yet.
