藤茶二氢杨梅素对小鼠高尿酸血症模型的降尿酸作用

摘    要:为了解藤茶中二氢杨梅素对动物高尿酸血症模型的降尿酸作用,采用腺嘌呤联合乙胺丁醇建立小鼠高尿酸血症模型,给予小鼠二氢杨梅素灌胃给药,剂量分别为0.752 g/kg、0.376 g/kg、0.187 g/kg。检测小鼠血清尿酸(UA),尿素氮(BUN),肌酐(Cr)的含量为检测指标。结果表明别嘌呤醇组、二氢杨梅素高、中剂量具有显著的降低血清尿酸作用。藤茶中二氢杨梅素具有降低血清尿酸的作用。

Abstract:To study the effect of dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata on reducing uric acid in hype-ruricemia animal model, hyperuricemia mice model was established by given adenine joint with ethambutol. Mice were randomly divided into high dosage group, middle dosage group and low dosage group. Dihydromyr-icetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata was given by gavage administration with the dosage of 0. 752 g/kg, 0. 376 g/kg and 0. 187 g/kg, respectively. Serum uric acid ( UA ) , blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) and creatinine ( Cr) were selected as detection indicators. The results showed that the allopurinol group, the high-dose and the medium -dose group of dihydromyricetin significantly reduced serum uric acid. It suggested that dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentatamay reduce serum uric acid.
