| 摘 要： | 针对近年来河北省高等农业院校法学院招生规模不断扩大，法学专业就业形势不景气的现象，提出应对法学教育目标重新定位，改变过分注重法律学术教育的状况，逐渐转向兼顾法律职业教育方向发展的解决措施。为实现这一目标，应重视实践教学，有计划的实施诊所式教育，采用多种考核方法，结合司法考试改革教学方法等措施。

| Abstract: | Although the enrollment of agricultural schools of Hebei has become larger and larger,it is more and more difficult for those students to get employed.In this essay,the goal of legal education is discussed.It is suggested that the training goal not only should focus on training legal academic capabilities but also should aim at training application-oriented talents.Based on this goal,we should increase empirical teaching,carry out planned legal clinic-styled education,reform examination mechanism and reform... |
