白僵菌分生孢子急性毒性及其在动物体内活力的研究

摘    要:实验证明:白僵菌分生孢子的LD_(50),通过腹腔注射小白鼠为181.78mg/kg,大鼠为116.92mg/kg。大鼠气管注入白僵菌混悬液,除肺脏在接种1和3天培养出白僵菌孢子外,心、肝、脾、肾和血均未培养出白僵菌。由此结论,白僵菌分生孢子不能经肺脏进人其他器官。

Abstract:In laboratory studies, the LD50 of conidia of B, bassiana, an important entomopathogenic fugus, was found to be 181.78 mg/kg to white mouse and 116.92 mg/kg to rat by abdominal injection. In the test of injecting B. bassiana spore suspension into the trachea of rat, various organ tissues on nutrient media were incubated for 1-9 days after the injection. No B. bassiana was detected from tissues of heart, liver, spleen, kidney and blood, but was found in lung tissues at one and three days after the injection. It is concluded that B. bassiana spores can not enter the body organs of rat through lung infection.
