| 摘 要： | 蒸汽压片(steam-flaking)能够显著地提高谷物淀粉和其它一些成分在肠道内的消化率,改善养分在肠道内的分配和吸收,从而使奶牛的泌乳性能和肉牛的屠体品质得以改善。另外,蒸汽压片还能够增加肠道对氮的吸收,降低氮的排放量,减少对环境的污染。
