摘    要:分别给成年健康小鼠口服和注射不同剂量的转移因子 (Transfer factor,TF) ,第 8天检测小鼠外周血中性粒细胞对葡萄球菌的吞噬率 ,第 11天检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬率。结果表明 ,无论是口服还是注射 TF,均可使小鼠外周血中性粒细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率提高 ,且显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )并且在一定范围内 ,其吞噬率的高低与 TF剂量呈正相关 ,但 TF对小鼠脾重影响不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )。用 TF协同鸡血清免疫家兔 ,结果显示试验组抗体效价显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)

Abstract:Different doses of transfer factor (TF) were inoculated to healthy adult mice by being drunk or injected,respectively.Phagocytosis rate of mice peripheral blood neutrophils to staphlococcus was detected on the 8th day and phagocytosis rate of mice abdominal macrophage to chicken erythrocyte were tested on the 11th day.The results showed that Phagocytosis rate of mice peripheral blood neutrophils and phagocytosis rate of mice abdominal macrophage were improved significantly ( P <0.05) whether TF was drunk or injected,compared to that of control groups.To a certain extent,both phagocytosis rates had a positive relationship to the dose of TF,while the TF had no signficant effect on mice spleens ( P >0.05).Antibody titers in rabbits inoculated with TF and chicken serum were shown signficantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.01).
