| 摘 要： | 大学生群体建设学习型组织尤为重要。学习是一个大系统,大学生学习型组织建设中要构建起知己与知彼状态系统、内驱与外驱动力系统、输入与输出运动系统等三个学习系统。三个学习系统的构建有利于完善大学生学习型组织建设。

| Abstract: | For creating an ideal learning context,it is very important for college students to establish learning organizations.To accomplish the task,under the big system of study,three small learning systems should be built,namely,self-knowing and other state-knowing systems,inner and outer driving force systems and input and output motion systems.The construction of the three systems is helpful to promoting the establishment of college students’ learning organization. |
