淡紫拟青霉36-1耐药性测定

摘    要:本试验测定了淡紫拟青霉36-1对常用5种杀菌剂和2种杀虫剂的耐药性。研究表明:多菌灵、百菌清对淡紫拟青霉36-1抑制作用很强,辛硫磷和阿维菌素则比较弱。本文还确定了各药剂最低抑制浓度。

Abstract:Paecilornyces lilacinus is one of the most important fungi in biocontrol of plant nematode diseases. Tolerance of the strain Paecilomyces lilacinus 36-1 to pesticides, including five fungicides and two insecticides, was mensurated. The results showed that carbendazim and chlorothalonil inhibited germination of the spores of Paecilomyces lilacinus 36-1 more strongly than abamectin and phoxim. The minimal inhibitory concentrations of them were determined.
