| 摘 要： | 永宁县地处宁夏银川平原,东经105°49′～106°22′,北纬38°38′～38°26′.年均气温8.9℃,极端最低气温-25.9℃,年均降水量202.2 mm,蒸发量1 787.3 mm,无霜期170 d,全年太阳辐射总量598.712 4 kJ/cm2,日照达3000h左右.
