我国中小型食品企业安全生产管理现状与对策

摘    要:在对我国部分中小型食品生产企业进行考察和调研的基础上,就其食品生产安全管理现状和存在的问题进行了分析和讨论,并提出完善我国中小型食品生产企业安全管理体系和建立健全食品安全生产制度的建议和意见。

Abstract:According to the field research and study, the current food safety situation and problems in production and management of small and medium food enterprises in China were analyzed and discussed. Moreover, the suggestions were provided to further improve food safety management and production systems of the small and medium food enterprises.
