摘    要:利用活性炭的选择吸附性,以活性炭为吸附剂提取玉米浸泡水中的脂多糖。研究了活性炭用量以及浸泡水的pH值对脂多糖提取率的影响,结果表明:活性炭用量为原料重的2%,溶液pH值为6.5最有利于脂多糖的提取;脂多糖从玉米浸泡水中提取出来后,采用活性炭色谱法和离子交换色谱法分离提纯。活性炭色谱法提纯脂多糖的回收率为82.34%,初步产品中还含有较多的蛋白质和普通多糖,在冷冻干燥后再通过离子交换色谱法进一步分离提纯,然后冷冻干燥并脱盐,最终脂多糖产品纯度达到了97.4%。
