| 摘 要： | 把国际贸易理论中的技术创新和技术转换模型应用到我国的技术进步之中，建立适合于我国的技术创新和技术转换模型，用此模型分析了我国行业产品结构与企业技术创新和技术转换能力之间的关系，并分析了我国企业技术创新能力和技术转换能力对行业贸易投资的影响，给出了相应的对策。
