摘    要:选用水菖蒲(Acorus calamusL.)根茎无水乙醇提取物测定了其对4种储粮害虫赤拟谷盗(Triboli-um castaneum)、杂拟谷盗(Tribolium confusum)、锯谷盗(Oryzaephilus surinamensis)、长角扁谷盗(Cryptolestespusillus)的触杀和驱避作用。结果表明,水菖蒲无水乙醇的提取物对长角扁谷盗和锯谷盗具有很强的触杀作用,尤其对长角扁谷盗,0.08 mg/cm2的剂量处理4 d后的校正死亡率仍达100%;其驱避作用亦很显著,0.63mg/cm2剂量处理60 h后平均驱避等级均达到V级,平均驱避率分别为99.77%、99.54%、93.62%和99.28%。

Abstract:Pure ethanol extracts from Acorus calamus L.were tested for its repellent action and contact action against Tribolium castaneum,T.confusum,Oryzaephilus surinamensis and Cryptolestes pusillus.The result showed that A.calamus had good contact action to adult Oryzaephilus surinamensis and Cryptolestes pusillus,especially the corrected mortalities of Cryptolestes pusillus were still up to 100% at four days after treatment in the concentration of 0.08 mg/cm~(2);the repellent action of A.calamus against four-stored grain insects were obvious,with the average repellent action all up to class V in 60 h after treated by 0.63 mg/cm~(2) and the average repellent rates were 99.77%,99.54%,(93.62%) and 99.28%,respectively.
