摘    要:应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析了7属11种木兰科植物的过氧化物酶同工酶,结果表明:11种木兰科植物共分离出12条酶带,其中B带为共有带;不同属种的酶谱存在差异,可作为分类依据。

Abstract:The isoperoxidases of 7 genus 11 species of Magnoliaceae were analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis, the results were as follows:12 isoenzyme bands were found and Band B was common band. Different genus and species possessed different isoperoxidases, so isoperoxidases can serve as taxonomic evidence of Magnoliaceae.
