预措及保鲜剂延缓腊梅切花衰老的影响

摘    要: 腊梅花随花蕾的生长发育,其鲜重,干重,可溶性糖和还原糖含量以及呼吸速率逐渐增加,花盛开时达最高,继后降低.花的相对透性开始变化不大,当花开始萎蔫时即很快的增加.因此腊梅切花采后立即以a,b,c,d,e号液预处4h或直接插入i,j号保鲜剂中,可获得较好的保鲜效果.这是由于在预处液或保鲜剂中添加了适量的蔗糖,BA和STS(或8HOS).能推迟花的衰老,保持花的品质和延长花的瓶插寿命.

Abstract:The fresh weight and dry weight of the Chimonanthus praecox flower,the content of soluble surgar and reductive surgar and respirative rate of flower all increased gradually with tight bud development.The highest was observed in fully opened flower, and decreased later.But relative permeability of flower had a little change and increased rapidly when flower wilting began.Hence,cut Chimonanthus praecox flower impreg- nating stems with a,b,c,d,e solution for 4h after picking flowers or preservatives treatment with i,k as vase solution after harvest resulted in better preservative effect.This is the result of properly supplement with sucrose,BA and STS(or 8HQS) in pretreatment or vase solution.They will delay senescence and gain the best quality and longest vase-life.
