影响格拉输油管道经济运行的要素分析

对格拉输油管道经济运行进行了分析，认为其主要影响因素有：①低输量运行；②泵机组不是在最佳效率区；③定量控制、调节阀调节耗能过多，节流损失大；④旁接油罐“大呼吸”损耗大；⑤设备及管理方面有欠缺。针对这些问题，提出了相应对策：①增输一些成品油；②优化运行泵机组；②在具备良好安全保护和自动调节装置的条件下，采用密闭输油流程；④合理控制运行参数，更新设备，提高管道的自动化程度。

Analysis on major factors effecting on Gela pipeline's economic operation

Makes analysis on economic operation of Gela oil pipeline. Major effective factors are:(1) low throughput in operation;(2) pump set are not in best efficient area;(3) quantity control, regulating valve consumes much energy due to too much regulation and throttle loses too much;(4) floating tank "filling evaporation losses"; (5) short of equipment and management. Puts forward corresponding countermeasures in light of these problems: (1) increasing oil product's throughput; (2)pump set in optimum operation; (3) adopting tight-line transporting process under the condition of good safety protection and with automatic regulating equipment;(4) reasonably controls operation coefficient,renewal of equipment and raises pipeline and automatic degree.
