庆铁输油管道螺旋焊缝破裂原因分析

摘    要:大庆至铁岭输油管道由于焊接缺陷,导致管道发生破裂,严重影响了输油生产。文中详细分析了管道破裂的原因,并对破裂的管段进行了检查,指出造成这次事故的原因主要是螺旋焊缝的内焊缝焊偏,并且在坡口的一侧存在较大尺寸的未熔合区,当工作压力稍大时,有缺陷的焊缝不足以承受工作压力而使管道失效。通过对以上事故原因的分析,对保证输油管道的安全运行有着重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Pipeline rupture resulted from welding defects in Daqing-Tieling Oil Transport Pipeline greatly affected oil transport production. The article analyzed in detail the reason of the rupture and examined the ruptured pipeline section. And pointed out that the major reason of the accident was caused by offset welding in inner weld on spiral welded seams and there were a larger incomplete fusion zone on one side on the bevel. In case of slight higher operation pressure, the welds with defect as be unable to bear the working pressure and caused the pipeline failure consequently. The analysis on the reason of the above accident will be of a major directive significance in ensuring oil transport pipeline's safe operation.
