摘    要:油库的轻油泵房采用半地下式建筑方式存在许多弊端,从泵的设计,泵吸入系统工艺设计以及泵的合理使用,运行三个方面进行了探讨,就如何防止气蚀,加快卸油速度提出了具体措施,在合理确定吸入系统的装置方面,提出了减少吸入管路的水力损失和在吸入系统安装低速前置泵的改进措施。

Abstract:There exist many malpractices for in-ground constructed light oil pumping station at oil depot. The article approaches such three aspects as pump's design, process design of pump's suction system and pump's reasonable usage, and puts forward concrete measures for cavitation prevention and quickening oil unloading speed. And also puts forward improving measures for reducing hydraulic loss in suction piping and installing low speed prime pump in suction system.
