| 摘 要： | 建立了立式拱顶油罐技术状况综合评价指标体系,分析了其构成特点,并提出了评价油罐技术状况的模糊综合评价模型和评价方法,对多个油库油罐技术状况进行了排序,介绍了运用层次分析法确定各因素权重的方法,并进行了实例分析。

| Abstract: | Establishes a comprehensive evaluation quota system for vertical dome roof tank's technical state, analyzes its constitutional characteristics and puts forward a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for oil tanks technical state evaluation as well as its evaluation method. Puts oil tank's technical state at many oil depots in order and introduces a method using level analysis method to determine each factor weight and makes an actual case analysis. |
