通过对X52薄壁管材断裂韧性的试验研究,包括试样制备、试验原理、试验程序等,得到了X52薄壁管材母材和焊缝材料的J积分值,为进一步研究该管材在石油管道工程中的承压能力和安全性等问题提供了理论分析依据。指出对这样的管材做小试样的J积分试验来测试其断裂韧性既方便、合理,又经济。

Test and research on J integration of X52 petroleum pipe product

Through test and research on fracture toughness of X52 thin wall pipe product, including sample making, test principle and test procedure, get the J integration of X52 thin wall pipe*s mother material and weld material, thus provide a theoretical base for further researching and analyzing the problem of pressure bearing and safety of the pipe product in oil pipeline engineering. And points out simultaneously it is convenient , reasonable and economic for the pipe product to be tested for its fracture toughness of J integration with small samples.
