一种矿油型导热油的调配生产方法

导热油(热媒)作为一种优良的传热介质,具有低压下可获得较高传热温度的优点,已得到广泛应用,但导热油价格昂贵,且需部分进口。为降低管道输油成本,对国内外使用的导热油进行了化学分类和分析,在石油型导热油成分组成的基础上,提出一种矿油型导热油的调配生产方法。实验室试验证明,调配的导热油不仅成本低廉,质量也可和国产名牌导热油媲美。

A method for blending and producing of mineral-oil conductive heat oil

As an fine thermal transfer medium, conductive heat oil (heat medium) has been widely used for the advantage of higher thermal transfer temperature at low pressure. But partial of it has to be imported and the price is expensive. In order to lower oil pipeline transportation cost, chemical category and analysis are carried out for the conductive heat oil using aboard and puts forward a blending method for producing mineral-oil conductive, heat oil based on the composition of mineral-oil conductive heat oil. It is proofed by lab experiment that the blended conductive heat oil presents not only low cost but also high quality which compares favorable with that of domestic famous brand.
