| 摘 要： | 为了解决天然气输道管道的内防腐问题，对环氧耐温涂料（Ｈ８７）、改性漆酚环氧涂料（ＺＹ）、气卤管道涂料（Ｅ－１），重防腐涂料（ＥＰ）、漆酚钛螯合高聚物涂料（ＱＴ）等５种涂为，在人为相应输气管道的环境下，进行了室内强化耐蚀试验，并分别列出了试验结果。

| Abstract: | In order to resist the internal corrosion in gas transmission pipeline,enhanced Kesternich tests on five anti-corrosive coatings have been carried on in laboratory under the conditions of simulated gas transmission surroundings and the experimental results have been listed. Three results are obtained: (1)five coatings can all meet their standards with almost same corrosion resistivity; (2)their static corrosion resistivity under high pressure are far less than expected; (3)under the pressure of 10 MPa ,EP coating material with vapour phase medium is more effective. |
