输气管道内防腐涂料耐蚀试验研究

摘    要:为了解决天然气输道管道的内防腐问题,对环氧耐温涂料(H87)、改性漆酚环氧涂料(ZY)、气卤管道涂料(E-1),重防腐涂料(EP)、漆酚钛螯合高聚物涂料(QT)等5种涂为,在人为相应输气管道的环境下,进行了室内强化耐蚀试验,并分别列出了试验结果。

Abstract:In order to resist the internal corrosion in gas transmission pipeline,enhanced Kesternich tests on five anti-corrosive coatings have been carried on in laboratory under the conditions of simulated gas transmission surroundings and the experimental results have been listed. Three results are obtained: (1)five coatings can all meet their standards with almost same corrosion resistivity; (2)their static corrosion resistivity under high pressure are far less than expected; (3)under the pressure of 10 MPa ,EP coating material with vapour phase medium is more effective.
