| 摘 要： | 氧化固醇结合蛋白（oxysterol-binding proteins related proteins，缩写为ORPs）是真核生物中广泛存在的一类保守的蛋白，主要参与细胞内脂类的合成、转运以及信号转导等。本文对氧化固醇结合蛋白（主要就酵母OSH和哺乳动物ORPs家族蛋白）基因结构特征、生物学功能的研究进展做一介绍。

| Abstract: | Oxysterol-binding proteins-related proteins(ORPs) is a kind of conserved family proteins widely distributed in eukaryotes. These proteins appear to have distinct but overlapping functions in lipid biosynthesis and intracellular sterol transportation, homeostasis, as well as cell signaling. Here we mainly review the structure character and functions of members of this family (mainly on OSH of yeast and ORPs of mammals). |
