| Abstract: | Gastrodia elata Blume as a famous and expensive herbal medicine had very high medicinal value. This article introduced the pharmacological function and extraction technology of polysaccharides and gastrodin from Gastrodia elata Blume, and the present situation of research and development of Gastrodia elata Blume product, in order to provide reference for further study and utilization of Gastrodia elata Blume. |
