图们江下游地区野生大豆遗传多样性分析

摘    要:利用9对多样性较高的SSR引物分析来自图们江下游地区的36份野生大豆材料的遗传多样性.结果表明,36份材料中,共检测到111个等位基因,每对引物检测出5(8att141)~16个(Satt157),平均每个位点12.3个,平均多态性信息含量(PIC)为0.821,说明图们江下游沿岸的野生大豆具有比较丰富的遗传多样性.聚类分析结果表明,SSR分子标记的结果与品种的地理来源及特性有一定的联系.

Abstract:Investigated genetic diversity and relationships among 36 Glycine soja accessions from the lower reaches of Tumen River using 9 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. All of 111 alleles were observed in 36 accessions ranged from 5(Satt141)-16(Satt157),average of 12.3. The average of PIC value is 0. 821 . It showed that C4ycine soja accessions from the lower reaches of Fumen River have high genetic diversity. Cluster analysis manifests that there is a certain relationship between the SSR makers and the geographical origin of the species.
