| 摘 要： | 通过小鼠心肌^86Rb摄取率实验，观察西洋参叶20s-原人参二醇组皂苷(PQDS)对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响。结果表明，PQDS50、100mg／kg均可明显增加小鼠心肌^86Rb摄取率，25mg／kg亦有增加小鼠心肌^86Rb摄取率的趋势，提示PQDS能增加心肌营养性血流量。

| Abstract: | Effect of Panax quinquefolium 20s-protopanaxdiolsaponins (PQDS) on the nutritional blood flow of myocardium was observed with test of introjecion 86Rb in mice. The results showed that PQDS (50,100mg/kg) couldincrease significantly myocardial introjection rate of 86Rb and G-Rb (25mg/kg) had the tendency of increasing myocardial introjection rate of 86Rb. It is indicated that PQDS can increase the nutritional blood flow of myocardium in mice. |
