金花茶嫁接繁殖砧木亲和力试验

摘    要:针对影响金花茶嫁接愈合成活的主要因素之一——砧穗亲和力,进行了以多个油茶物种为砧木的金花茶嫁接快繁砧穗亲和力的试验研究。结果表明:参试的7种砧木均有亲和力,其中以博白大果油茶和义安油茶为砧木的亲和力为最高,其次为普通油茶;茶叶树虽然有亲和力,嫁接成活率最高可达73.3%,但其表现后期不亲和,不宜用作金花茶的砧木。

Abstract:Rootstock-scion affinity is one of the factors that could influence grafting survival rate of Camellia chrysantha.Rootstock-scion affinity in grafting was researched,taken several species in oil-tea as rootstocks.The results showed that there existed the affinity between scions from C.chrysantha and rootstocks from seven species in oil-tea.The affinity of the rootstocks from Bobai oil-tea and Yi'an oil-tea was the highest,and the next was C.oleifera L.;Though rootstock-scion affinity existed between tea and C.chrysantha in the early stage and the survival rate could be up to 73.3%,rootstock-scion affinity was decreased in the late stage,which indicated that tea could not be used as rootstock in C.chrysantha grafting.
