大豆雄性不育突变体Wh921及其杂种优势初步研究

摘    要:经碘液染色测定Wh921雄性不育度达98%左右,柱头活力测定和人工授粉结荚率测定,不育株雌性可育性正常,但略逊于同胞可育株;自然授粉后代育性分离结果表明,Wh921不育性受单隐性核基因控制。不育株与6个品种测交,籽粒产量超亲优势达40%;分枝数优势>茎粗>主茎节数>株高;单株荚数优势>单株粒重>百粒重。

Abstract:The ratio of soybean Wh921 male sterility was about 98% with iodine dyed. The female fertility was normal, but was lower slightly than fertile sib plant by identification of stigma vigor and the ratio of pods by artificial pollination. The experiments of selfpollination showed that the sterility of Wh921 was controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene. Overparent heterosis of grain yield that the male plant was test crossed with 6 soybean varieties had reached 40%. The sequence of heterosis was No. of branches > thickness of stem > No. of nodes on main stem > plant height; No. of pods per plant > seed weight per plant > 100seed weight.
