甘蓝型油菜雄性不育系微粉株自交后代分离观察

摘    要:通过田间自交,测交,回交等方法,对两个不良系中微粉株自交后代分离情况进行统计分析。结果表明;微粉株自匀后代产生育性分离,呈可育-彻底不育连续分布。不同不育系同一级别的微粉花株以及同一不良系不同级别的微粉花株自交后代分离结果不同。88094-3A中的二级花株自交一代分离的正常花株和不良株分别为61.7%和8.5%;09A中的二级花株自交一代分离的正常花株和不良株为37.7%,三级花株自交一代分别为6

Abstract:The fertility of progeny of partial sterile plants with selfpollination, testcross and backcross in two male sterile lines was studied in field. The results showed that there was a consecutive distribution of the rate of fertile plant. The percentage of fertile and sterile plant of selfed progeny of partial sterile plant with two classification in 880943A was 61.7% and 8.5%, while that of the partial sterile plant with two and three classification in 09A were 37.7% and 37.7%, 6.6% and 80% respectively. The fertile plant rate of selfed and testcrossed progeny resulted from the amout of fertile pollen of the partial sterile plant.
