大豆对食叶性害虫的抗性与农艺性状的关系

摘    要:在田间自然虫源条件下,对503份国内外大豆种质资源抗虫性进行了鉴定,筛选出对本地大豆食叶性害虫表现抗性的资源5份,感性的资源6份。研究了其中182份种质资源抗虫性与农艺性状的关系,结果表明,大豆抗虫性与开花期、成熟期、结荚习性、茸毛色、茸毛密度、茸毛长短、种皮色、单株分枝数、茎秆粗度等性状显著相关,而与花色、叶色、叶形、生育习性、株高、底荚高、百粒重、单株荚数、粒形、茸毛着生状、茸毛粗细等性状相独立。

Abstract:Screening for sources of resistance of soybeans to leaffeeding insects (LFI) was carried out in Nanjing. Out of 503 soybean germplasm accestions, 5 genotypes were identified to be highly resistant to LFI, including K061, K164, K168, K183, K226. In the meantime, 6 genotypes were identified to be highly susceptible to LFI, including G176, G179, G231, K040, K104, K258. The relationship between resistance and 22 morphological and agronomic traits were tested in the contingency tables by using X2 criteria. The results showed that the resistance was related significantly to days to flowering, days to maturity, podbearing habit, pubescence colour, density and length, seed coat colour, No. of branches on main stem and stem width. The resistance was not related to growth habit, flower colour, leaf colour, leaf form, seed form, pubescence form, pubescence thickness, plant height, height of lower pod, 100seed weight, nodes on main stem, No. of pods per plant and No. of grains per plant.
