芥菜型油菜生态型雄性不育两用系研究

摘    要:从杂种圃芥菜型油菜遵矮不育系中发现光温敏雄性可育株,套袋自交,采用不同季节、不同播期方法,选育出光温敏雄性不育两用系遵矮S。在日平均温度为7.7~13.5℃,平均日照长度小于12h的条件下表现为雄性可育;当温度为20.0~24.4℃,平均日照长度大于13h的条件下转换为完全的雄性不育。该两用系恢复源广,可用于配制两用系杂交油菜。

Abstract:The fertile plant which sensitive to temperature and photoperiod in B.juncea was observed in sterility line Zunai (S) from hybridization pedigree. It was bred to be a GMS twoline system Zunai (S) by selfpollination with sowing in different season and date. The GMS twoline system Zunai (S) expressed male fertility under the condition of 7.713.5 and less than 12h daylight, and showed male sterility under 20.024.4 and more than 13h at flowering period, Zunai (S) had wide restor resource, so it could be used in rape hybrid breeding.
