农业废弃物堆肥过程中腐殖质组成变化

摘    要:在好氧堆肥条件下,研究了鸡粪和玉米秸秆等农业废弃物中腐殖物质的变化规律.结果表明:堆肥过程中有机碳、水溶性物质均表现出下降的趋势,并且堆肥初期的分解速度均高于中后期,二者相关性达到极显著水平.各种腐殖物质的质量分数变化表现为:富里酸、胡敏素分别降低了64.5%、15.5%,胡敏酸增加了27.0%,可提取腐殖物质表现为下降趋势,下降为34.6%;QP值(胡敏酸/可提取腐殖物质)呈现出上升的规律,上升比例达到94.1%;相对质量分数变化规律为:胡敏酸、胡敏素分别增加了68.0%、11.6%,富里酸降低了53.2%,可提取腐殖物质降低13.4%.可提取腐殖物质、胡敏酸、富里酸的相对质量分数和质量分数变化规律一致,胡敏素的相对质量分数和质量分数变化规律却相反,是由于胡敏素的分解速度小于有机碳的分解速度.表明堆肥处理有利于有机物料腐殖化程度增加.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the change rule of humics in agricultural solid wastes during high temperature aerobic composting.Results showed that the contents of organic carbon and water-soluble substances exhibited a decreasing tendency,and the decomposition speed at the beginning of composting was significantly higher than that in the middle-late stages of composting at the 0.01 level.Contents of fulvic acid and humin decreased by 64.5 percent and 15.5 percent,humic acid content increased by 27.0...
