| 摘 要： | 利用农杆菌介导法,将菊芋凝集素基因(Helanthus tuberosusagglutinin,HTA)转入常规棉花,获得转抗蚜虫基因棉花再生株。分子检测表明,外源基因已整合在转化棉花受体材料中,转菊芋凝集素基因棉花对棉蚜具有一定的抗性。

| Abstract: | Helanthus tuberosus agglutinin,HTA encoding gene was introduced through method of agri-bacteria into conventional cotto to obtain gene modified aphid-resistant cotton.The result of molecular test showed that the external gene has been inserted into gene-modified acceptor cotton and cotton with gene encoding Helanthus tuberosus agglutinin showed some resistance to aphid. |
