摘    要:1996年自山东蒙山采得一簇虫草子座,确认为瘤座虫草。经组织培养、子囊孢子分离及培养皿特征观察,并以分生孢子菌株回接寄主豆天蛾幼虫获得子实体,确定了该虫草的无性阶段,认定其分生孢子阶段为天蛾科层梗孢或杵形虫束梗孢。应用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了该虫草有性阶段子囊壳、子囊、子囊孢子等的超微结构,研究了该虫草的世代交替现象。

Abstract:A Cordyceps stroma collected from Mengshan in Shandong Province in 1996 was identified to be C. tuberculata. The asexual phase of Cordyceps tuberculata was determined through tissue culture,ascospore isolation, characteristic observation on culture plate as well as the fruitbody obtained by back - inoculation of the conidium to the larva of Clanis bilineata Walker. And the conidium phase of C. tuberculata was confirmed to be Hymenostible sphingum (Schwein) Fetch or Insecticola pisillariaeformis (Pat.) Mains. The ultrastructure of its perithecium, ascus and ascospores at sexual phase was studied with scanning electron microscope and transmission electron micro-and the metagenesis of C. tuberculata was also studied in this paper.
