新型苹果清洗设备的研究与设计

摘    要:在研究苹果清洗设备发展现状及各种清洗设备优缺点的基础上,设计了一种新型苹果清洗设备,并进行了校核。该新型苹果清洗设备采用两级螺旋输送机,在实现涡流清洗的同时将苹果送往下步工序,可实现连续生产,提高了生产效率。在浮洗机中采用低速拨轮淹没洗涤、高速拨轮高压鼓泡和高速湍流洗涤,并辅以苹果自身摩擦作用,可达到良好的清洗效果。另外,洗涤用水采用回流水,节约了水资源。

Abstract:Based on the current research progress, the advantages and disadvantages of apple washing machines,a new apple washing machine was designed,and the reliability of this new kind of machine was verified. This apple washing machine has two spiral transmitting parts. It means when washing apples we can transmit these apples to next processing part at the same time. In this way we can improve the efficiency greatly. The washing process can be divided into different steps. The first step is to use the low velocity wheels to press apples into the water. The second step is to use the high velocity wheels to make a whirlpool and rushing water to realize the washing function. With many apples getting together ,the friction can make apples cleaner. And the washing water can be recycled.
