离子选择性电极法测定饲料混合均匀度的研究

本试验采用离子选择性电极法,测定了若干个配合饲抖样品的混合均匀度,并与目前国内广泛使用的甲基紫法的测定结果进行比较。试验结果表明,离子选择性电极法与甲基紫法测定的结果差异不大,并具有操作简便、快速、无污染、无需外加示踪物、结果可靠等优点。该法用于配合饲料的混合均匀度测定是可行的。

Measurement of the Uniformity of Mixed Fine Fodder by Ion—selective Electrodes

The uniformities of several mixed fine fodder samples were measured with the ion—selective electrodes, and this method was compared with the common one called methyl—purple method. The experimental results showed that there was no marked difference between the results from the ion—selective electrode method and from the methyl—purple method. The new method had a number of advantages such as simplicity, fastness, non—pollution, no need for additive tracers etc., and it's practicable to use this new method in practice.
