柴胡种子生物学性状研究

摘    要:为明确柴胡种子的生物学性状,探讨柴胡种子发芽进程的变化规律,测定了l2种柴胡种子的大小、千粒重、生活力、发芽率,并对其千粒重、生活力、发芽率3项指标进行差异显著性分析和相关性分析。结果表明,12种柴胡种子的3项指标均达到显著水平,发芽率和生活力的相关系数最大,为0.86且达到极显著水平,品种间的发芽率差别很大,发芽进程也不相同,‘中柴一号’等高发芽率品种的发芽起始日早,发芽延续时间长且有发芽高峰期;‘左权柴胡’等低发芽率品种发芽起始日晚,发芽延续时间短且日发芽数较恒定,无发芽高峰出现。筛选出的高发芽率品种,对柴胡良种选育和实际生产都有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to study the biological characteristics of Bupleurum chinense seeds and discuss the variation rules of seed germination,the seed size,1000-grain weight,seed viability,germination rate of 12 Bupleurum chinense cultivars were determined.Significant difference analysis and correlation analysis on 1000-grain weight,seed viability and germination rate were conducted.It was found that correlations among the three indices of each cultivar reached a significant level and the correlation coefficient between seed viability and germination rate was the highest (0.86,P0.01).Differences in germination rate among the cultivars were significant and germination process was distinct.The starting germination dates of the cultivars with high germination rate such as 5-Zc,were earlier,and they possessed longer germination duration and a germination peak.The starting germination dates of the cultivars with low germination rate such as 11-Zq,were later,and they possessed shorter germination duration,stable germination numbers and no germination peak.Hence,the cultivars with high germination rate were of great significance to cultivar selection and production practice.
