绵羊产单核细胞李斯特菌的分离及鉴定

摘    要:采用生化反应、溶血试验、致病力试验等常规方法对从疑似产单核细胞李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes,LM)患病羊脑组织分离的病原作了初步鉴定.通过PCR扩增hlyA基因部分保守序列,测序证实其与已报道的核苷酸序列的同源性达到100%,从而确诊该菌为产单核细胞李斯特菌.

Abstract:Listeria monocytogenes(LM),as the important member of the genus Listeria,is a zoonotic and food-borne pathogen,and the disease is of significance in public health.In this study,the pathogen separated from sheep brain issues possibly infected by LM was primarily identified using biochemical and virulence and other conventional indentification methods.Parts of conserved nucleotide fragments of hlyA gene was amplified by PCR,and in view of the complete homology in nucleotide sequence of the hlyA gene in this study and that previously reported in the GenBank,the pathogen was finally determined as LM.The study provided an important reference method for specifically diagnosing and detecting LM.
