| 摘 要： | 朝鲜蓟目前欧美国家普遍种植。含有菜蓟素、黄酮类化合物以及天门冬酰胺等物质,有促进氨基酸代谢和降低胆固醇的保健功能。是一种特色蔬菜。2006年在本地进行引种试验,大棚种植初获成功。
