一种新鹅病毒病的研究

对湖北某地出现的一种皮下和内脏形成广泛性肿块的成年鹅的传染病病原进行了初步研究，将成年病死鹅和病鹅肝组织悬液接种12日龄鹅胚，48～72h鹅胚死亡，再用第一代鹅胚尿囊液连传3代均死亡．电镜检查经处理的这些鹅胚尿囊液，观察到大小为50～100nm有囊膜的病毒颗粒；接种鸡胚，48～96h死亡；回归到成年母鹅，出现与自然感染类似的病变；并对该病毒进行了核酸型鉴定，初步确定为微小RNA病毒，结果表明本病的病原是一种鹅的新病毒。

On a Newvirus Disease of Adult Goose

This paper reports a new viral disease of new viral disease of adult goose. Goose embryos died after infecting with pathogenic materials (dead or sick adult goose suspension) in 48~72 hours and the agent was serially parraged for 3 passages with allatoic fluid from infected soose embryos. Virus-like particles with Icosahedra appearance but without senvelope,ranging from 50~100 nm in diameter, were found in these allantoic fluid under electron-microscope,chicken embryos died after infeetion with the all antoic fluid in 48~96 hours,abult geese inoculated with the allantoic fluid of the goose embryos show a pathological changes iust like those in naturally occurring cases the agent grew well in fibro llest monolagers form chicken or goose,embrygos. The nueleicacid type of the virus was identified .
