几种新型高效低毒农药对小菜蛾的防治效果及抗性筛选研究

摘    要:选用几种新型高效,低毒农药:多杀菌素 印楝素、丁烯氟虫晴,茚虫威、氟啶脲、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对十字花科蔬菜小菜蛾进行药效筛选,并用阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、呋喃虫酰肼对小菜蛾进行抗性风险评估。药后7d田间防治结果显示多杀霉素、丁烯氟虫晴、茚虫成、对小菜蛾的防效达90%塔上,印楝素、氟啶脲、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对小菜蛾的防效为52%~80%;用阿维菌素对小菜蛾选育27代,至27代抗性上升到812.73倍,说明如果连续使用阿维菌素防治小菜蛾,在短时间将产生高抗水平;用甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对小菜蛾选育12代,到第5代抗性倍数达到了9倍,到第12代仅达到了17倍的抗性。说明如果连续使用甲氨基阿维菌素防治小菜蛾,有可能在短时间内发展为低抗到中抗水平;用呋喃虫酰肼对小菜蛾选育的11代,11代中对呋喃虫酰肼的敏感度没有明显变化。说明小菜蛾对呋喃虫酰肼产生的抗药性速度比甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐要慢一些。

Abstract:Control effects screening were conducted for new high-effect and low-toxicity pesticides including spinosad,toosedarin, butene-fipronil,indoxacarb,chlorfluazuron,emamectin benzoate and JS118 on Plutella xylostella.Resistance risk of Plutella xylostella to abamectin,emamectin benzoate and JS118 was also evaluated.The results showed that seven days after treatment the control effects of spinosad,butene-fipronil and indoxacarb were over 90% and that for toosedarin,chlorfluazuron and emamectin benzoate were bet...
