| 摘 要： | 针对互助县水利发展面临的主要矛盾,提出提高水资源的有效配置和供给能力,修建松多水库,加紧水土保持生态建设步伐,提高城镇防洪能力,全力解决农村饮水安全,完成灌区节水改造和中低产田改造工程一系列对策措施,以使水利工作更上一个新台阶。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the main contradiction in the development of field conservancy Huzhu,the suggestion that improve the ability of efficient allocation and supply capacity of water resource,built Songduo reservoir,enhance flood control capacity,solve drinking water safety in countryside,finish water-saving in irrigation region and reform of middle and low yield fields were put forward to reach to a new stage. |
