摘    要:湖南省林木无性系育种重点实验室成立于1996年,在2004年湖南省科技厅组织的省级重点实验室评估中,被评为一类重点实验室,综合排名第5。重点实验室实行“开放、联合、流动、竞争”机制,极大地促进了依托单位承担重大科研项目能力,提升了创新能力,为湖南林业技术创新、知识储备、成果转化和人才培养提供了不可替代的重要平台,为我省林业生态和产业两大体系建设提供了坚实的技术支撑。同时,提出了实验室今后的总体构想。

Abstract:The Trees Clone Breeding Key Lab. of Hunan Province was established in 1996. It was assessed as a first level key lab and as a fifth place of synthefic strength by assessment of province level key lab by Hunan Science and Technology Department in 2004. The opening union movement and challenge mechanism were implemented in the key lab. It promoted the capability of research and innovation of supporting units. It has become an important base for science and technology innovation, knowledge storage, commercialization of research findings and training of talent. It brings strong technology supports for Hunan forestry ecology and industry system construction and the tactic of the key lab Was measured.
