木糖筛选剂在辣椒遗传转化上的应用

摘    要:为了缓解转基因食品安全性问题,利用安全的木糖筛选系统,开展了辣椒遗传转化技术研究;设置不同的木糖和蔗糖浓度组合,探讨木糖选择压力,初步确立20/5,25/5(g/L,木糖/蔗糖)两个组合为最适木糖筛选浓度;利用农杆菌介导法将pCAMBIA3301-xylose导入辣椒,开展了辣椒安全标记遗传转化技术研究。

Abstract:To alleviate the genetically modified food safety condition, xylose screening system has been used to study the genetic transformation of hot pepper; two combinations such as 20/5 and 25/5 (g/L, xylose/sucrose)have been initially established as the optimal coneentration of xylose screening; and the pCAMBIA3301-xylose vector has been transfered into hot pepper with the method of agrobacterium tumefaciens in this study.
