| 摘 要： | 以具有有利变异性状的菊苣叶柄为材料，进行了组织培养及无性系建立的研究。结果证明：MS＋BA0．4mg／L＋2,4-D丁酯1．6mg／L是诱导叶柄形成具有分化能力愈伤组织的理想培养基：1／2MS＋AgNO3 20．5mg／L＋BA0．3mg／L＋NAA0．1mg／L是愈伤组织和不定芽分化的理想培养基；1／3MS＋IAA0．2～0．4mg／L是变异菊苣不定芽生根的理想培养基；炉灰渣是菊苣试管苗移栽的理想基质。

| Abstract: | A study on the technique of tissue culture and establishment of asexual system of Cichorium intybus was conducted. The results indicated that the ideal medium for induction and differentiation of buds from stem segments are MS＋BA0.4mg/L＋ 2,4-D1.6mg/L and 1/2 MS＋ AgNO3 20.5mg/L＋BA0.3mg/L＋NAA0.1mg/L, respectively, The medium of 1/3MS＋IAA0.2-0.4 mg/L is suitable for root growth. |
